Shipping & Production Times:

All shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. While majority of orders are delivered by the estimated date provided, there are instances out of our control when FedEx/UPS experience delays. We will do our best to inform you of these delays.

All production is currently being completed in our partner factory in China. Orders will ship directly from China to your specified delivery address. 

Standard production time is usually 3-4 business days, and shipping times are 2-4 business days from China to your door. Most standard orders are delivered within 7 total days barring any shipping delays out of our control. We have options for rush production as quick as 1 business day for an extra fee. Fees vary based on order size and complexity.

Returns & Refunds

Although it is rare, mistakes do happen sometimes. If you do not receive the product you expected due to an error in production, we will either fully refund or re-make your order. You have the option to choose which one you’d like.

Due to our products being custom, there are minimum costs incurred per order. If you decide to cancel your order, the refund decision will depend on the following:

• Your order has not entered production: We will fully refund your order.
• Your order has finished the custom mold process: We will refund your order minus costs incurred for the mold ($20).
• Your order has completed production: We will be unable to refund your order do to costs incurred of completing production.

We strive to produce and deliver your products as soon as we can. For that to happen, we try to start production as soon as orders are received. 

We kindly ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible on the same day as the order was placed if you change your mind and decide you do not want the order so we can stop your order from going into production and provide you with a full refund.
